This is important. Pepper spray should only ever be used to pacify a dangerous suspect. In this case it is being administered as a punishment, in clear violation of the 8th amendment and Article Five of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

“I used to think I was the strangest person in the world but then I thought there are so many people in the world, there must be someone just like me who feels bizarre and flawed in the same ways I do. I would imagine her, and imagine that she must be out there thinking of me too. Well, I hope that if you are out there and read this and know that, yes, it’s true I’m here, and I’m just as strange as you.”

And here we have your moron of the day!
Have You Seen This Man? of the Day: Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, are on the lookout for a “serial butt slasher” who may be responsible for at least five attacks against area women since February.
The suspect’s MO became clear after each victim provided a similar report: A momentary distraction such as a bump or a noise, followed immediately by a slash across the butt with a razor or a box cutter.
“Because it’s such an unusual thing, no one would ever expect something like that to occur,” police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell is quoted as saying. “They may be walking along and put their hand to their backside and feel it.”
Former FBI profiler Gregg McCrary said it is unlikely the man — described as a 5’6” heavyset Hispanic male in his late 20s — will stop until he is caught.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 703-691-2131 or phone Crime Solvers at 866-411-TIPS/8477. You can also text TIP187 plus your message to 274637 or submit your tip online.
